-Setup, program, modify, and maintain a variety of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA), and reporting applications. Applications such as, but are not limited to: Allen Bradley PLC 5, Allen Bradley SLC 500, Allen Bradley CLX 5500, Allen Bradley PanelView, Rockwell Software RSView32, and Microsoft Access.
- Retain/maintain superb customer relationships from project conception, through design, implementation, and support.
(Performing startup tasks is a portion of this superb customer support. )
- Meet / exceed profitability on projects assigned, and assume primary responsibility for these projects.
- Lead a team of one or more employees in the Engineering Department based on the project assigned.
- Perform project management responsibilities in accordance with your company's policies. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing customer complaints and resolving problems.
- Manage multiple automation projects as assigned. This may include: reviewing project documentation, communication with customers and co-workers, developing an understanding of the process being controlled and the requirements for completion, creating sequence of operations and other documentation, order parts from the Purchasing department, and directing co-workers and sub contractors.
