NetAcquire Corporation of Kirkland, WA, is seeking an embedded electronics hardware engineer to perform FPGA code development and digital circuit design.

The hardware engineer will independently develop FPGA-based VHDL for a variety of projects and also develop mostly-digital circuit card designs. These designs will be integrated into large, high-end embedded systems. The hardware engineer will work closely with software engineers who will be writing drivers to the hardware. We are looking for solid engineering ability, a background that includes experience in digital design, an aptitude for learning the latest technologies and the ability to handle a lot of job responsibility.

Required:
Four-year Electrical Engineering degree
VHDL programming language experience
FPGA synthesis and simulation tool use
Solid synchronous digital design ability
Test and measurement equipment use
Excellent verbal a+ written communications

Other Helpful Skills:
High frequency (>100 MHz) digital design experience
Analog electronics hardware design
Altera Quartus II experience
Network setup, TCP protocol, client/server computing knowledge
C++ language knowledge
General interest in working directly with customers
